REQUIREMENTS:

Have the basic engineering skills needed to test a site and Microsoft Office


Support the Managing Director of Engineering and working on day-to-day affairs.

Resolve all maintenance complaints in active retail outlets by looking at the company's SOPs

Ensure documentation and follow-up maintenance complaints

Managing local vendors and engineers with timely resolution of complaints and quality of service

Share the time information needed with the navigation departments for internal / external ops.



Manage OGRA / OCAC / HDIP payments in a timely manner to avoid penalties. Compatible support for all of the above businesses

Manage the organization of all workplace day-to-day operations with timely practices including GRNs, Resource Requirements, Verification, Authorized Letters, Required Accessories, Employee Approval and Departmental Provisions / Services.

Integrate timely payment procedures with merchants.

Manage overtime planning / travel expenses / medical expenses / travel procedures on behalf of the team and facilitate the whole team to be able to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate and monitor Managers by presenting all issues with timely practices on behalf of the Executive Director.

Any other responsibility assigned by management / by the HOD.
