Role
Serve the customer with all their questions and requirements; Inform the customer of any shortcomings based on initial circumstances (costs, delays ...).
Responsibilities
Internal integration and / or answering customer inquiries related to delivery.
Monitor shipping according to customer status and tracking when delivering.
Keep daily, weekly and monthly reports / dashboards for fishermen.
Participate in the promotion of relevant products or services when communicating with customers.
Contact customers and manage / direct system modifications where necessary.
Provide guidelines and booking support or VIP / Special desk groups for all topics (process, debate, customer profiles etc.) if required.
Update customer profiles, view invoices when you cancel a booking, check for possible changes and change all bookings according to customer requests in accordance with company guidelines.
Eligibility and profile
You must be:
Minimum Graduate is probably a Postgraduate.
I can choose the right work experience in the shipping industry.
Good interpersonal skills, practical thinking, delivery terms, customer support, business relationships, booking and payment.
Good communication skills in English (text and writing).
A good command of IT tools, MS Office eg spreadsheets and presentations.
