That’s where our work team comes in, to keep our stores looking good and running smoothly. As our Operations Associate, you are part of the core business team and it is important to provide the best possible information to all the clients who visit our departments.
Your obligations include
To support the efficient operation of Operational Associate, you help keep the store running smoothly in partnership with the working team. Your role is important and supports the high standards expected of our clients. Some of the tasks you will be required to perform are to complete daily processing and damage planning, testers, and a well-known theft product. Make sure all shipping and receiving operations are completed and done within the store on time. Review all material in the store and communicate with missing or damaged pieces to maintain leadership. Storage, planning, cleaning of warehouses and retail outlets as required.

Equal work experience, especially in working capacity
Love of customer service and love of working with people
Strong communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and calmness with computer / store programs
Strength and the ability to respond to timely conditions and stay informed by changing priorities in stores as they arise
Flexible availability for working nights, overnight, weekends, early mornings and holidays as required.
Consistent and reliable presence
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bending / stretching on stock shelves, standing / walking down the aisle, working in a scented area and handling and applying cosmetic products to customers
