If you are hired for the job described in this post, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald's USA. Only the franchisee is responsible for restaurant employment issues, including hiring, shooting, discipline, surveillance, recruitment, and staffing. McDonald’s USA has no control over the rental affairs of this restaurant.
Description:
Initial payment for this position is $ 13.00 / hr for employees 16 years of age or older. Start pay for 14-15 year olds is $ 10.00- $ 10.50 / hr.

Partner with other Crews and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

All you need to do is give them an outlet and the support they need to keep going. We'll teach you the rest. For job creation on your schedule - part-time or full-time - give it a try. You must be 14 years or older to work as a Crew member at McDonald's.
