Job Summary


As a dnata Cargo Service Agent, you will play a key role in helping airlines to operate on time by providing efficient and efficient global services, including but not limited to:


Directing inbound and outbound flights to and from the gate

Support and / or ground equipment, such as tow tractors, tow bars, belt loads, container loads.

Maintain safety and security on the ramp and implement all safety policies and procedures

Good communication with ground and flight crews

Maintain understanding and compliance with all applicable federal, state, airport, and company laws, policies and procedures

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely flight performance

Perform other duties as assigned

Graduation


The background check and drug screen must pass

Managing / maintaining a valid state license and other FAA / Airport requiring identification / signage or authorization

You get a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Can speak fluently, read and write in English

You have a basic computer literacy course

Ability to read and translate aircraft loading sheets and goods labels

Ability to understand and respond to oral and visual instructions and safety warnings, with and without visual aids or teaching aids
