Kashmir Region

Background:-

In 1383, Mir Syed Ali Hamdani, a religious scholar and Muslim scholar, visited Kashmir three times from Iran. In the last period, he also brought 700 Muslim teachers with him and settled them here to preach Islam. He was succeeded by his son Mir Muhammad Hamdani. Later, local Muslims also spread Islam. The first Islamic government in Kashmir was founded by Sultan Alexander (1413-1398). They enforced Sharia law. It remained an independent Muslim state until the 13th century. It was a financially prosperous state in the subcontinent. In 1846, the puppet ruler of Britain, Gulab Singh, annexed Jammu and Kashmir. Join Pakistan or India.

On this occasion, Lord Mountbatten, Governor-General, advised that at the time of accession, the aspirations of the people of the area should be taken into account in proportion to the population. First, there was a dispute over the annexation of Junagarh and Kashmir. There was a majority of Hindus. Nawab Junagarh was a Muslim and he joined Pakistan. Which was not approved by the Government of India.

On October 27, 1947, India landed its troops in the valley and occupied three-quarters of it, but the people here declared war on the Indian forces. Muttahida stopped this war and in January 1949, the Kashmiri people liberated the part from India. It was named Azad Kashmir. Elections were held here and the President and the Prime Minister were nominated.

Pakistan has accepted the UN reconciliation formulas but India has rejected them and is oppressing Kashmiris. From 1989 to 1995, 112,110 Kashmiri people were martyred. 3223 was killed in custody. 4181 Kashmiris were burnt alive. 24118 was crippled. 39610 were locked up in jails. 6176 women were desecrated and 33534 shops and houses were set on fire. India continues to inflict atrocities on Kashmiris.

Indian atrocities on Kashmiris:

In Occupied Kashmir, the Indian Army is trying every tactic of violence and repression. This army is not only burning the settlements now after failing to control the Kashmiris' independence movement. Even holy places are being burnt. Instead, they capture whomever they want and kill them in torture cells. In occupied Kashmir, India has adopted exactly the same policy that the Nazis pursued in their occupied territories in Europe. In this way, Indian comparisons can be termed as neo-Nazism.

An iron curtain has been drawn around Occupied Kashmir. Inside which genocide of Kashmiris is being carried out. Indian human rights circles, former judges and politicians have shouted at this. There is no house in Kashmir where no one has been martyred. But the determination of the Kashmiri Mujahideen has not diminished.
